Fun Celebrating the 4th

I made my red, white & blue trifle but this time with a trifle dish! Yay it was much easier to create in a trifle dish :)

We spent the afternoon hanging out at a friend's pool. Drew brought his newly adopted dog, Bert, to the pool. He is super cute and I can't wait for him to meet Tyson and Vegas. 

After getting plenty of sun we headed home and Christy and Jonathan came back with us to grill out and hang out with the doggies. We grilled shrimp & veggies. 

And of course as the fireworks started booming nearby the big dogs weren't too happy. The little ones however just barked back at the fireworks and weren't phased.
