My friend Kristen brought this salad to dinner at a friend's one night and it was so good that we make her bring it all the time now. Trey and I decided to recreate it ourselves the other night to go along with our echilada pasta.
What You Need:
red wine vinegar
What You Do:
Cut up the red onion, tomato and avocado. Mix well with romaine lettuce. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano on top. Drizzle with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
