Bacon Ranch Chicken in the Crock Pot

This recipe was a huge hit at the tailgate this weekend. I didn't know what to expect but it was awesome. It wasn't super bacon-y, so if you're a bacon lover you could always add more to the finished product!

What You Need:
4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp real bacon bits
1tsp minced garlic
1pkg ranch dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
egg noodles (I used the "No Yolk" brand and only needed about 1/2 to 2/3 of the big bag)

What You Do:
Spray the crock pot with non stick cooking spray and put chicken on the bottom.

Combine bacon, garlic, ranch dressing mix, soup, and sour cream, mix well.

Pour mixture over chicken in crock pot. (It is very thick at this point!)

Cook on high for 3-4 hours (or low for 5-6)

When it is almost "done" in the crock pot, begin preparing egg noodles according to package directions.
(Or if you don't want to have to do much that day, cook the noodles ahead of time and refrigerate them, that's the approach I took for the tailgate!)

After chicken is done, shred it with a fork, add egg noodles and mix ingredients together.
