Cheesecake Filled Strawberries

I found these on pinterest, which links back to this website. They were actually pretty easy to make and delicious!

Here is the recipe:

What you need:
1-1.5 lb large strawberries
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
3-4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (I just used a spoon and dipped into the box we have, and shook some on top, not a lot!)
Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a knife. Prep all of the strawberries and set aside.

What you do:

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner snipped off. I don't have a piping bag, so I used a ziploc but cut WAY too big of a hole, so it was difficult to get the filling far down... cut a tiny whole on the corner.
Fill the strawberries with cheesecake mixture.

Once strawberries are filled, sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until served.
