Another great pinterest find... pretty easy and seriously delicious!
What You Need:
Rhodes White Bread (frozen dough)
Pepperonis (1 Hormel 7 oz package will make 2 rolls)
Mozarella cheese (2 cups will make 2 rolls)
Parmesean cheese (shredded or grated works)
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
1 Tbsp butter (melted)
What You Do:
Put the dough in the refrigerator 8-12 hours before you plan to use it. Take it out of the fridge about 2-3 hours before using. Roll dough out onto the counter to about an 11x11 square. Brush with olive oil.
Lay the pepperonis to cover just about every piece of dough! Sprinkle with mozarella cheese and then parmesean cheese. Sprinkly lightly with Italian seasoning and also lightly with garlic powder.
Roll up the dough starting from one end, it's tough to get started but once you get one roll it gets going. Place rolls on baking sheet, with a couple of inches to spare in between. Brush melted butter on top of the uncooked roll.
Put in the oven immediately and bake at 375 for about 25 minutes, until the top of the roll is golden and dough is cooked. Allow roll to cool completely before cutting.
Serve sliced pepperoni roll with your favorite marinara sauce.
