Beef Stew

I found this awesome beef stew recipe on pinterest and Trey threw it in the crockpot before work one day last week. It was so good.

What You Need:
 2 pounds beef stew meat
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion, diced
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cups water
1 packet of beef Swanson Flavor Boost
4 medium red skinned potatoes, cut up
3 large carrots, peeled & sliced
1 stalk celery, diced

What You Do:

Coat the beef with flour and seasoning salt by putting all into a plastic bag and shaking. Heat the olive oil in a skillet; add the floured stew meat to the pan & brown on all sides. Place the meat on the bottom of crockpot. Season with pepper.
Saute the diced onion in the skillet for 2 minutes. Put the onions in the crockpot. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, water, & flavor packet. Whisk until mixed, set aside.
Add the diced potatoes, carrots & celery to the crockpot. Now, pour the broth mixture on top. Cook on low for 8 hours.
