I found this idea on pinterest and decided to try it out myself. There's not much to it but it is good! We actually have a quesadilla maker so I used that instead of cooking it in the pan. 

What you need:
Tortilla shells
mozzarella cheese (about 1/3 cup per pizzadilla)
pizza sauce
whatever toppings you'd like, I used:
green pepper
red onion

What you Do:
Chop your veggies
Prep each pizzadilla - lay out a tortilla, place part of cheese on the bottom, layer with toppings, top with cheese

Fold the tortilla shell in half and cook in quesadilla maker (or in a preheated skillet over medium heat until the bottom is brown and crispy, flip and repeat)

Dip into pizza sauce to eat!
