My friend Jennifer gave me this recipe for cheddar cheese soup and it is delicious! It's pretty easy to make too.
What You Need:
1/4 cup butter
3 celery stalks
green onions (1 bunch)
2 large carrots
1 lb velveeta cheese
8 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of potato
2 cans chicken broth
tabasco to taste
salt/pepper/dry parsley
What You Do:
Dice the veggies then saute them in the butter.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir often to prevent burning!
