Crock Pot Chicken Dinner

I found this recipe on the Budget Savvy Diva website. We have tried a few of her recipes before and they have been good so we decided to give it a shot.

What You Need:
2 pounds of chicken (breasts)
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper
8 ounces of Cream Cheese
1 Teaspoon of Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Onion Flakes
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Can of Rotel
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
Rice (cooked)

What You Do:
Put the chicken at the bottom of the crock pot and top with cream cheese, rotel and all spices. You are not putting the sour cream or rice in the crock pot yet!

Turn crock pot on low, cook for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and let it cook for an additional hour.

Mix in the sour cream and serve over rice!

Yummm!!

**It was pretty spicy, so next time I would probably use less crushed red pepper!
